Alrewas Church

We set off about 11:00, heading to Branston (alledgedley where the pickle originated). There’s good moorings either side of bridge 34. It was an uneventful trip, with a few boats moving in both directions. Carol will follow on after a visit to the village.

The highlight was a kingfisher near bridge 36, alas he was very camera-shy. I got this one shot from about 70 feet away.
