We also walked across the bridge to go down to where the east and west streams join, good dog walking, finding an old lock and watching the bore. Telford's Over Bridge is around there, we may even have walked over it unaware. I also went to parkrun, if you go to the lift bridge and turn east there is a park where Amber could also have a run around.
You have made us keen to return to Gloucester! We are awaiting survey results and hope to be afloat again soon.
Best wishes to you both,
Debbynb Bonjourhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09570964751076622402noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30116820.post-31919075503516499152022-05-25T22:53:46.298+01:002022-05-25T22:53:46.298+01:00Enjoy the sound of the seagullsEnjoy the sound of the seagullsBrian and Diana on NB Harnserhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08569360123827850984noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30116820.post-35145921554721726072022-05-25T08:48:13.672+01:002022-05-25T08:48:13.672+01:00See here http://nbalchemy.blogspot.com/2018/10/haw...See here http://nbalchemy.blogspot.com/2018/10/hawford.html for when I last tried to find out about that house.Mike Toddhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00067557327430064111noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30116820.post-16843000523856656452022-05-25T06:49:23.959+01:002022-05-25T06:49:23.959+01:00This is the link to that post in February 2011 - 1...This is the link to that post in February 2011 - 12 years ago!!

http://nbrocknroll.blogspot.com/2011/02/pratts-wharf-into-stourport-basin-and.html

and a link to the photo of the submerged lock...

http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-78y4cz2Y-yg/TVf2FL9SOCI/AAAAAAAAFRM/J52XTXFRX6c/s1600/DSCN4027small.jpg

CarolCarolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18155792486454776550noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30116820.post-84849689485638031082022-05-25T06:40:42.021+01:002022-05-25T06:40:42.021+01:00Wow what a trip!
